Eytan Bar - CEO

Mr. Bar joined MTS in 2004. Between 2001 and 2003, Mr. Bar served as General Manager of the CEM product division of NICE Systems Ltd. From 2000 through 2001, Mr. Bar served as VP of Professional Services at NICE Systems Inc. From 1993 through 1999, Mr. Bar served as General Manager of STS Software Systems Ltd., a company that developed a unique VoIP technology for recording solutions.

Alon Mualem - CFO

Mr. Mualem joined MTS in September 2007. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Mualem was the CFO at Xfone, Inc., (AMEX and TASE: XFN) an international communications services company and its subsidiary, Xfone 018 Ltd. From 1996 through 2004 Mr. Mualem held other senior executive positions at RADVISION Ltd. (NASDAQ: RVSN) and at RAD Data Communication Ltd. In addition, Mr. Mualem served as an audit team manager in KPMG Israel. Mr. Mualem holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University and is licensed as a CPA in Israel.

Rony Homossany – General Manager – Rest of the World

Mr. Homossany joined MTS in May 2010 as General Manager of International operations. Mr. Homossany has over 27 years of International Sales, Marketing and Delivery experience in diverse fields ranging from computers, data communication, telecommunication, and optical inspection, to ERP solutions for the electronics, broadcast and cellular industries. Prior to joining MTS, Mr. Homossany was a member of senior management in SintecMedia, a broadcast management solutions provider. Mr. Homossany also held senior positions in Cognitens, serving the automotive industry, and the RAD group, while providing solutions to the Data and Telecommunication markets. Mr. Homossany started his career in IBM as a systems engineer.

Kathleen Emerson - VP Business Development

Ms. Emerson is the Vice President of Business Development for MTS. She has more than 15 years experience in TEM with Telco Research, Peregrine Systems and Mer Telemanagement Solutions. In addition, Ms. Emerson worked for MCI/ WorldCom in both sales and partner marketing positions. In her present role with MTS, she is a dedicated customer advocate for both the Channel and Corporate relationships. Ms. Emerson is responsible for new product development, marketing partnerships and alliances, revenue and market share growth and corporate identity. Ms. Emerson has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and is pursuing Graduate Studies in New Jersey.
