Start Cutting Costs Immediately
By using a progressive setup approach, you can start identifying areas of saving as soon as the installation is complete. With MTS Invoice Management, a sophisticated alerting mechanism enables you to be notified of invoices that have not arrived from your service provider as well as invoices payments which are due and more.
Unrecognized assets are automatically identified by the system and can be handled on time. Zero-use telecom assets are identified immediately, so you can remove them from your inventory and save money or determine what is contributing to the inactive asset.
Identify and Resolve Contract Errors
MTS Invoice Management allows you to easily define your relevant contract terms by simplifying contract rate components during setup. Once defined, you can effortlessly flag billing errors made that are in conflict with your negotiated contract terms. Each billing error can then be marked as a disputed item, which can then be disputed with your vendor through the system’s dispute management interface.
Simulate Contract Agreement Terms
With MTS Invoice Management you can easily see how changes in various contract terms would reflect on your telecom costs. By simply altering several tariffs and rates, you can see how much money can be saved if those were changed by your provider. This information empowers you in negotiating contract changes with your service provider or optionally with alternative service providers.
Accounts Payable Integration
With MTS Invoice Management paying invoices is as easy as it comes. Once an invoice is loaded and examined, authorized personnel can access, approve (in full or in part), and transmit a payment order to the Accounts Payable (A/P) system. An optional interface can allow the Invoice Management module to await payment confirmation from the A/P system, and alert the appropriate personnel if the payment has not been made prior to a defined deadline. This capability minimizes late payment penalties.
Chargeback Telecom Costs Internally
MTS Invoice Management allows you to easily chargeback telecom invoices paid by the organization to specific departments within the organization, or even specific personnel. Telecom assets can be assigned to individuals and departments, as well as to General Ledger Codes. This allows you to not only see the breakdown of costs by asset owner, but also chargeback these costs to personnel or departments. Exports to the General Ledger also allow you to deduct these costs directly from relevant budgets.
